It all started about 20 years ago (that makes me feel old) when my good friends Laraine, Kindy and I all had a love for a little band name The New Kids on the Block. We slept out overnight at Smith's in Provo to get tickets (how did we ever get our parents to let us do that?). This was way back when we had to wait to record music off of the radio on cassett tapes--remember! It was my first concert.
When they invited me to go this time I'll admit, I thought, "Why would I spend money on that?" But I am so glad I did!!! It was great to be together and feel young again. Thanks ladies!!!

We actually saw David Archuletta (spell?)there, for those of you who are fans. He was being escorted out by all his security guards before the concert was over.

You crack me up! Glad you had a great time!
That is awesome. My friend and the girls in her family went and they wore the funniest t-shirts (she is prego and her shirt said. "Joey will you be my baby's daddy?" and my niece's said "NKOTB Fan Club Est. 2008" I am glad you had fun. Brings back memories huh?
I so remember those days when we recorded music off the radio! That means we're getting old, right? I'm so glad you went and had a blast. I think Doug might still have their CD. I should break it out and go down memory lane.
I should have known you would have went to this concert! I remember that you were totally in love with them. I think you did a dance to one of their songs in a talent show at school??
Too much fun Heather. We have got to do more together, even if it's not as dramatic as a concert! Nothing will match that screaming passion though:)
